About Nikafit Studios
NikaFit was founded in 2016 by Niall and Katy and describes itself as a community of 300 or more members. It says it takes time to get to know new members and tailors training to their goals, including people returning to exercise or recovering from injury.
Members receive a free nutrition strategy session. Small group personal training sessions are built around full-body workouts using resistance training, bodyweight exercises and weights.
