About Mama & Me
Valerie started the business in 2011 with baby massage classes and has since added mum and baby yoga, toddler and preschool yoga, and pregnancy yoga. She works as a birth and postpartum doula, reflexologist, massage therapist and yoga instructor.
Classes are held at Our Space Movement & Wellness Centre in Rathnew, and treatments take place in Newtownmountkennedy. Valerie is a member of the Irish Trade and Professional Association for Doulas (ITPAD).
