About My Best Weight
The clinic was set up after Dr Crotty returned to Ireland in late 2019 and connected with Prof le Roux. It describes itself as the only community-based clinic in Ireland with EASO-COMs accreditation from the European Association for the Study of Obesity.
Care follows a pathway of initial medical assessment, individualised treatment (medication and/or nutrition and behavioural support) and ongoing follow-up. There is no fixed programme, package or subscription, and it is not mandatory to see every member of the team.
