About Body Project
The studio was created by founder and head trainer Gillian Hynes, who has worked in the fitness industry for over ten years. The programme was designed because she found consistent healthy eating was the main obstacle for weight loss clients.
Training uses a cross training method blending cardio, resistance training, body weight training and pilates. Meals are fully cooked and only need heating, are wheat and gluten free, naturally low-GI and prepared in a HSE approved kitchen.
