About Douglas Leonard
Doug Leonard worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years before graduating from the Institute of Physical Therapists and Applied Science in 2003. He has completed A.R.T. training modules since 2005 and later studied osteopathic spinal manipulation techniques.
The first consultation includes a full history and an assessment of soft tissue, joint range of motion and posture, followed by a treatment plan. He also prescribes strength training and rehabilitation programmes. The practice was formerly known as Sandyford Physical Therapy Clinic.
