ReSync Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic
About ReSync Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic
The clinic uses what it calls a hybrid rehabilitation model: physiotherapy to manage the acute stage, strength and conditioning to rebuild resilience, and coaching on technique and personal exercise programmes. Its approach moves from assessing and settling pain, to restoring strength, to performance work for people who are pain-free.
The 2400 sq ft unit has four treatment rooms and 1400 sq ft of gym space with a strength and conditioning suite, squat racks, a 15m sprint track and performance testing equipment. It is about five minutes from Junction 13 (Dundrum) and overlooks the Dublin Mountains.
