About Mama Pilates Hub
Melissa Vincent has more than 12 years of experience as a pre and postnatal Pilates instructor in Dublin. She is a fully certified pre and postnatal Pilates instructor and a CIMI certified baby massage instructor.
Prenatal classes cover safe, functional movement through all stages of pregnancy. Postnatal classes are designed to rebuild and restore the body after pregnancy. The hub also lists Mum and Baby Pilates, paediatric first aid workshops and other content for mothers and babies.
