About Reform Pilates
Reformer classes are taught on maple clinical reformers with a maximum of six people, at levels from Beginners to Advanced, plus a Mid-Morning Movers class for the over 60s. Studio Duo classes take a maximum of two clients and use a single apparatus such as the reformer, cadillac, wunda chair or barrel.
Private sessions suit those new to Pilates, in pain or recovering from injury, and can be held in the studio or online. Online live mat classes and on-demand videos are also available. Booking runs through a Mindbody-powered app.
