About FSM Bray
FSM Bray describes itself as a coaching facility built around small-group training rather than a commercial gym. Main group sessions usually have 8 to 16 people, and every session is coached.
New members complete a Fundamentals Programme of three personal training sessions with a coach, where movement is assessed, before joining classes. The founder, Stephen Kinsella, started the gym around 2013 and has a particular focus on youth strength and conditioning.
