About Get Up Dublin
Each 45-minute session is a full-body circuit mixing bodyweight work, mat work and resistance training, aimed at strength, agility and cardiovascular fitness. Members need a clear square of floor space, a device for streaming and a small set of light equipment.
The service is led by Ben, a Dun Laoghaire native and former athlete with over 13 years of experience as a personal trainer. He studied Exercise and Human Kinetics in Toronto and has worked with clinicians and with clients dealing with weight loss and training-related injuries.
